NHLBI BioData Catalyst

BioData Catalyst is a repository operated by the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute of the National Institutes of Health that brings together longitudinal, phenotypic, clinical, genomic, and other omics data from heart, lung, blood, and sleep research studies and programs. Researchers use it to discover, combine, and analyze datasets in secure cloud workspaces, with access to approved datasets through an eRA Commons account or a dbGaP request.
