GISAID

GISAID is a public–private partnership, run with the Federal Republic of Germany and public-health and academic institutions in several countries, whose EpiFlu, EpiCoV, EpiPox and EpiRSV platforms hold genome sequences and associated metadata for influenza, SARS-CoV-2, mpox and RSV viruses. Public-health laboratories and researchers use it to share sequences and track variants during outbreaks; access requires registration and credentials under GISAID's data-access agreement.
