HDB-0213

Ghana's national web-based health management information system implemented by the Ghana Health Service since 2012, adapted from open-source District Health Information System 2 (DHIS2) to collect, manage, and support facility-based health data decision-making across district, sub-district and community levels. As of 2013, DHIMS2 was accessible in 170 of 216 districts with approximately 5,163 registered users collecting aggregate health services data from health facilities.
