FinnGen
FinnGen (public-private partnership)
FinnGen is a large research project that has collected genome and longitudinal health data from over 500,000 Finnish biobank participants (approximately 10% of Finland's population), comprising more than 21.3 million genetic variants and over 2,750 health endpoints. Genome-wide association study (GWAS) results are publicly available for browsing and download, while complete dataset access is available to researchers at Finnish universities and university hospitals.
