The ReMuS registry is a Czech nationwide multiple sclerosis patient registry operated by the ReMuS endowment fund, collecting data on multiple sclerosis and other neuroimmunological diseases from specialist centres across the country. Data are entered by trained staff with patient informed consent and transmitted from the centres to the registry, where they are used for research and analysis aimed at improving patient care.
