HDB-0151

CTRI is a free public registry for registration of all clinical trials conducted in India, mandatory since 2009 and accessible through both the CTRI website and WHO's ICTRP. The registry contains over 115,000 trials including drug trials, surgical procedures, device studies, behavioral interventions, and AYUSH research, all prospectively registered before participant enrollment.
