The British Society for Rheumatology Biologics Register for Rheumatoid Arthritis is a register operated by the University of Manchester in collaboration with the British Society for Rheumatology and the pharmaceutical industry that collects data from rheumatology teams and patient questionnaires on people with rheumatoid arthritis prescribed biologic, biosimilar and other targeted therapies, supplemented by clinical data from national NHS databases. It is used to monitor the long-term safety of these drugs, and health professionals participate by registering patients and submitting data through a login-protected database.
